Festival Hydro Reminds Customers to Stay Up to Date on Accounts to Prepare for Possible Canada Post Postal Strike and Service Disruption

Should a postal strike take place, Festival Hydro would like to remind their customers to stay aware of their account balances and bill due dates, as bill deliveries may be delayed.

Festival Hydro reminds customers of their responsibility for bill payments during a potential mail service disruption and encourages them to sign up for MyFestivalHydro and eBilling.

Customers who receive paper bills have options to help them stay up to date on their accounts, such as:

Register/Activate Your MyFestivalHydro Account

All customers have a MyFestivalHydro account. Activate it, and you’ll have access to your account balance and billing and payment records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Register for Paperless Billing

You will be notified of new bills via email, letting you know how much you owe and when it’s due, so you can stay up to date on your payments.

Sign Up for Pre-Authorized Payments

Pre-authorized payments mean your bill is always paid on time. Your monthly bill payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account, which means there will be no missed payments and no late charges.

It is your responsibility to stay up to date on your payments, even during a postal strike. Using any or all of the above options will help you pay your bill on time and avoid late fees.
