Festival Hydro Honoured as First Recipient of EDA’s People and Culture Excellence Award

Festival Hydro is proud to announce it has been named the first-ever recipient of the People and Culture Excellence Award by the Electricity Distributors Association (EDA). The award was presented at the prestigious EDA 2025 Awards Gala held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

This newly introduced award, sponsored by MNP, recognizes outstanding achievement in employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusion within Ontario’s electricity distribution sector. Festival Hydro was selected for this honour among many other industry leaders including Hydro One, Enova, Alectra, Burlington Hydro, Elexicon, Oakville Hydro, and Hydro Ottawa.
