Customers with a retailer contract pay the electricity commodity price according to their retailer contract. In addition, a customer with a retailer has a separate line item called the Global Adjustment appear on their bill.

ICE STORM APRIL 12, 2013
Festival Hydro was able to restore power to almost all customers by Saturday, April 13. A few customers with equipment damage that required electrical contractor involvement were connected over the weekend. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we restored power safely through trying conditions.
The storm damaged tree limbs that may come loose and encroach on our power lines over the coming weeks. If you see a tree branch that is touching our lines or very close to it, please contact our office. If you were away during the storm and discover any other damage you think we should be aware of, please let us know. |

Festival Hydro Time of Use Website Maintenance |

In order to perform upgrades on our Time Of Use Website, new account registrations will be suspended from 1:00 PM EDT until 4:00 PM EDT on Wednesday March 13, 2013. During this period your time of use data will still be accessible; however, modifications to your account will not be possible. Access to the site may be temporarily down during the migration. Access will resume with updated features and a new, more accessible site layout when the upgrade is completed.

Festival Hydro launches Home Assistance Program |

Festival Hydro and the Ontario Power Authority have joined together under the Home Assistance Program to help qualified Ontario homeowners, tenants and social assisted housing residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes. The program includes a FREE home assessment, advice on how to save energy and professional installation of energy-saving measures.

Due Dates for Residential Budget Accounts |

If you are a Residential Budget customer you now have two dates to choose from for your billing due date. In addition to your current due date we can now offer you a due date of the 1st of the month. If you wish to make this change contact us and choose option 2 for customer service and we will be happy to assist you. (This is limited to one change of due date in a 12 month period.)
