  • Pre-Authorized Payment Plan: Additional details about signing up for this plan are found below.
  • On-line banking and telephone banking services. Please contact the customer services department of your financial institution for further details. These options offer the most cost-effective method of payment, since most financial institutions charge minimal fees for on-line and telephone banking transactions.   • Manual Payments: Made at your banking institution, either at the teller or through the ABM.
  • Cheque: You may pay your bill by cheque through the mail, drop your cheque off at the Festival Hydro office during normal business hours or place into Festival Hydro's 24 hour deposit box.
  • Credit Card: Festival Hydro is pleased to add an additional payment option for customers interested in using their credit card to pay their bill. Payment Due Dates
If you are a Residential Budget customer you now have two dates to choose from for your billing due date. In addition to your current due date we can now offer you a due date of the 1st of the month. If you wish to make this change contact us and choose option 2 for customer service and we will be happy to assist you. (This is limited to one change of due date in a 12 month period.)

THE PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN WORKS LIKE THIS...

With the pre-authorized payment plan your utility bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the day before the bill is due. Each payment deducted from your account will appear on your bank statement or in your bank book. You will receive your monthly bill as usual, however the pre-authorized payment plan eliminates the need for you to write cheques each month to pay your bill.

Print off the authorized payment form found on this website. Should you require assistance in completing the authorization, please call our service inquiry desk at 271-4700 and one of our staff will assist you, or drop into the Festival Hydro office at your convenience.

 

EASY TO FOLLOW STEPS:

  • Complete and sign the authorization form.
  • For bank account verification purposes we require an unsigned personal cheque marked "VOID" to accompany the authorization form.
  • Mail in or drop off the completed form with voided cheque at our office or in our 24 hour deposit box.
  • We continue to send you a monthly bill as usual.
